Hi Jay
It is good to hear from you. We have changed the way you can access Vetstream content. we announced this a few months ago on Vetstart.
The details of how you can access the content can be found via http://www.vetstart.org/access-vetstream-2/
We would be delighted to provide subscriptions to Lee Seung Jin Animal Medical Center in Ulsan, South Korea. If you could please provide me with the contact details of the Hospital and the person there who our distributor IGroup Asia should make contact with i am sure we can get the institution set up with subscriptions to the services and using IP recognition so that anyone in the institution if they accessed the Vetstream services via an authorised IP address will be able to access our content without having to even enter a username and password.
Alternatively if you would like to have a subscription for yourself you are very welcome to take advantage of the special rates (55% discount for you because you graduated in 2012) that we are offering Vetstart members as detailed on http://www.vetstart.org/access-vetstream-2/.
Please do let me know your email address and we will see how else we can help you. My email is mark.johnston@vetstream.com and my colleague who will be able to help get you set up is lilian.gjertsen@vetstream.com
we look forward to hearing from you so that we can help you further.
Kind regards
Mark
