MSD Animal Health Connect and Equine Connect bursaries now open for 2013
The Connect Bursary allows UK veterinary students to perform independent research during summer and is an excellent way for veterinary students to study abroad or begin projects they could never otherwise afford to take part in.
Both bursaries are worth £1000 and three overall winners will be eligible for a share of an additional £6000 prize fund.
For more information contact Paul Jennings by calling 01694 731777 or by e-mail.
More details can also be found at MSD.

RCVS Charitable Trust offer two student bursaries
The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Charitable Trust is seeking two creative and energetic UK-based veterinary students to attend the British Science Festival in Aberdeen from 4-9 September 2012. Students will use their experiences to help the Trust develop future outreach activities to inform and inspire public audiences about aspects of veterinary clinical practice.
Entrants should write to the RCVS Charitable Trust to say how they would go about meeting this challenge, ideally giving examples that demonstrate their proven innovative abilities. The deadline for entries is 9 July.
Further information and details about how to enter are available on the RCVS Charitable Fund site.
